Kendra McKnight enjoys the life of a Franco-Irish transplant to Montreal. When she’s not eating her way around town, or canning tomatoes by the bushel, there’s nothing she loves more than to cook for her gang of hungry gannets (she has fattened up a number of them). Her secret weapons are butter, homemade pasta and wine. She recently finished a two-year stint in culinary school and divides her time between food styling and her local butcher shop. Contact
